At Eternal Brilliance, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to provide a straightforward return process.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-Day Return Policy. Enjoy a hassle free 30 day from the shipment date to return your item for a refund or exchange.

How to Make a Return
1. Contact Us:
Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return shipping authorization number and provide a free FedEx return shipping label.
2. Prepare the Package:
Place your jewelry back in the original packaging. Make sure the jewelry tag is intact and attached to the item.
Seal the box and mark out any old addresses or bar codes.
Write your shipping authorization number on the outside of the box.
Affix your FedEx label to the outside of the box.
3. Return your Package:
Find a FedEx Drop Off location
Obtain a FedEx receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped – The receipt will act as proof of insurance. Eternal Brilliance and FedEx are not responsible for packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or Non-FedEx Staffed locations.

Why the Jewelry Tag is Important?
The jewelry tag ensures the authenticity and condition of your purchase. For the safety and satisfaction of all our customers, the tag must remain attached and untampered with for returns or exchanges.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days, provided the jewelry meets our return conditions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Gift Returns
If you’re returning an item that was received as a gift, the refund can be issued as store credit if requested.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for another, our team will assist you in selecting the perfect replacement. Exchanges follow the same return process.

What products aren’t eligible for return?

  • Orders outside of our 30-day return policy (including Layaway orders).
  • Products that have been resized or modified.
  • Personalized fine jewelry such as name necklaces.
  • Items that have been previously exchanged.
  • Custom designed jewelry.
  • Any orders that were altered while in process.

Comparative Purchasing
Comparative purchasing is purchasing multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the remainder. To maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep our prices competitive, comparative purchasing is not allowed. If we suspect an order is comparative, it may be blocked from shipping or returning.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-transferrable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain available for future purchase under the same gift card reference code. Eternal Brilliance is not responsible for stolen or misplaced gift cards.
